Diplademia, Mandevilla, and Podrenavilla, or Podrenavina. Are these flowers, and if so, are they perennials?

Dipladenia is the botanical name for Mandevilla, a perennial vine with saucer-shaped flowers. Podranea ricasoliana is the 'Pink Trumpet Vine', a perennial evergreen twining vine with trumpet-shaped pink flowers.
