Hello, I have a 3-foot fence extends across my lawn by about 10 feet. What type of flowers could I plant in front of this fence that would be very beautiful, and last from the spring till the fall? I'd like the flowers to extend to the top of my 3-foot fence.

You might consider planting long blooming perennials such as Shasta Daisy, Lavender or lantana (shrub not trailing type). Astilbe, Daylilies or Rose Campion are also long blooming, bushy perennials. Best wishes with your garden!
