I don't have a garden but I do have a rosebush. so far I kept grass away from it but the grass keeps coming back. Can I use weed killers on the grass? My rosebush is young to and I don't want to kill it.

Roses can be sensitive to herbicides so probably the best thing to do is completely remove the grass from beneath the rose bush and then cover the area with several thicknesses of newspaper, topped with 2-3 inches of organic mulch material such as compost. The newspapers and the thick mulch will keep grass seeds from sprouting beneath your rose bush. Enjoy your roses!
