Last Year I put Pete moss in my tomato garden when I tilled it up in the spring. My garden flopped. My tomato plants barely grew 2 feet with very few tomatoes. Was it the Pete Moss that caused the terrible results?

Peat moss can be acidic so depending upon whether or not your soil is already acidic, it might have made a difference. But, peat is an organic product and should help improve the texture of your soil. Therefore, digging it in was a good idea. This year add compost or aged manure to your garden to help neutralize the peat. You should have good results. Best wishes with your garden!
