I have a Comice pear tree, and I was wondering if I could cross pollinate it with a yellow or red Bartlett? If so will both the trees grow fruit?

Yes, they will. The four main pear varieties grown in the Pacific Northwest--Bartlett, Anjou, Bosc, and Comice--will satisfactorily cross pollinate each other.
