I planted 2 andromeda bushes last fall. Now in the spring one of the bushes is getting ready to bloom white flowers and the other I don't see any blooms ready. Is this plant dead? Or do I still have some hope.

I think there is still hope so don't do anything drastic. Sometimes plants take a while to become established before they can perform well. Even though you planted both at the same time, the slower one probably had a more difficult time after transplant. Just be patient with it and you should see some improvement. Best wishes with your andromeda!
