I have a large Jade plant with powdery mildew. I have sprayed it with various fungicides with little long term success. Can you help? |
Powdery mildew can be a problem where air circulation is poor and plants are stressed. Since you've already tried fungicides, perhaps the best solution is to trim away the affected plant parts. This will open the plant up to better air circulation and will also remove the fungi so it cannot spread. Jades respond well to pinching and pruning so you won't hurt your plant by pruning away the diseased leaves and stems. Best wishes with your Jade plant. |
