| Your rosemary should certainly be old enough to bloom so maybe you are giving it too much TLC. Rosemary likes fast-draining, sandy soil in a full-sun situation. Think Mediterranean --which means grow this shrub a little lean and mean. No food, not too much water and resist the urge to prune back too hard and it should grow and flower well for you.
