Does women's hormones affect plants? Does it cause plants to die? My mother-in-law has her myths.

I'm afraid it's just an old wive's tale. Plants are not affected by female (or male) hormones but they are sensitive to good care. So, if a plant dies it isn't because of the gender of the caregiver but the care that plant receives. Interesting reseach, though, so thanks for expanding my horizons!
