I have Bermuda grass that does not grow good. Can I plant a different grass seed? If not, what can I use to get green grass?

Bermuda grass remains dormant while the weather is cool but should green up nicely when it gets warm. If not, it may need to be fertilized this spring and watered deeply once or twice a week. You can overseed your bermuda with rye, bluegrass or fescue seeds. These grasses grow when the weather is cool, which will keep your turf nice and green most of the year. Best wishes with your landscape!
