The Q&A Archives: snapdragons browning

Question: My snapdragons have come up for there second season and doing great spreading out. one area has browning on leave tips and seams to be spreading outward from center. All other plantand flower around rest of garden are doing great. what could be causeing this one plant to brown from center out.??Thanks Mel

Answer: Sounds like a fungal disease to me. Sometimes plants are stressed when they first emerge and cannot recover. I would remove the plant from the garden to stop any spread of the disease. The rest of your plants should be fine. Enjoy your garden.
