| You aren't likely to get too many peaches from a young tree, and they will probably be small, but you can leave them on the tree. If it looks like there will be lots and lots of peaches, you can thin them out when they are still small. A peach tree needs 40 leaves per peach in order to develop that peach to maturity and still be able to maintain its own health. Just a rule of thumb.... if that helps you decide. |
