I planted a Red Flame grape vine two weeks ago. The temperature dropped below freezing, and it doesn't look good. If it survives, will it tolerate frost after it is established?

Red Flame grape vines are rated hardy to -5 degrees so yours should be fine once it is established. Leave yours alone for now. When the weather warms up new growth will develop and you can prune off any stems killed back by your frost. Best wishes with your grapevines!
