I just bought some annuals for my balcony... I have no experience at all in gardening, and I wanted to know how long my plants can go without planting them. Thanks!

As long as you keep them watered when necessary and as long as the roots are not escaping from the drainage holes in the bottoms of the nursery pots, you can keep your annuals alive. I would transplant them as soon as possible, though, because they are likely to outgrow their containers within 2-3 weeks. Enjoy your balcony garden!
