How do we get them to bloom? We planted them last year. We bought them at Home Depot. They grew but never bloomed.

Your Texas Yellow Bells will bloom in full sunshine in late spring and early summer. Perhaps your plants were too young to bloom. They should flower for you this year. Water as required and feed once this spring with a 20-20-20. Good luck with your plants!
