Planting on a slope - Knowledgebase Question

Our yard has a huge dropping slope to it. I need ideas of what to plant and how to landscape.

I would plant ground covers to reduce soil erosion. Once your ground cover plants are established you can add some shrubs to bring color and texture to your yard. Here's a website with photos and descriptions of ground cover plants for your region: http://urbanext.illinois.edu/g...
