Answer: A lush, thick lawn will crowd out weeds so you may want to overseed your warm season grass with perennial ryegrass so there's some type of lawn growing in at least spring, summer and fall. If you currently have more weeds than lawn, you may just want to start over, killing everything out and replanting your lawn.
