The Q&A Archives: Rabbit Pests

Question: We just discovered at least one rabbit can get through the hogwire surrounding my vegetable garden. Short of redoing the fencing, what can I do?

Answer: An additional barrier is about your only option - add some chicken wire to your fence, burying it down into the ground about 6 inches and stretching it up about two feet high. It will effectively keep rabbits out of your garden.
