Somehow and someway I have around 90% of my front lawn covered in zoysia grass. I have used nothing but Scotts products and I'm the only one in my area that I know of with it. It has now spread to my backyard and neighbor. How can i get rid of it?

Zoysia is practically impossible to eradicate once is is established so you will either need to dig it out, roots and all, or learn to live with it. None of the vegetation killers will kill the roots, even with multiple applications, so digging it out, roots and all and then replacing the topsoil is about the only way to truly eliminate it. I think I'd just learn to live with it!
