A well established bottle brush will be difficult to dig and transplant, but it might be worth a try. At 7 feet tall you can expect the roots to be in the top 12-18 inches of soil and radiate out past the longest branches. Begin your digging there, making a shallow trench all around the shrub and then digging down toward the center. If you avoid too much root damage and do not sever any of the largest roots, your bottle brush has a chance of surviving the move. Best wishes with your project!
