I live in North Texas, what is best to plant in a vegetable garden during the spring?

You can grow any or all of the following veggies: Beets, Broccoli, Bush squash, Cabbage, Carrots, Eggplant, English peas, Garlic, Green beans, Lettuce, Onions, Parsley, Peppers, Radishes, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cantaloupes, Cauliflower, Collards, Cucumbers, Mustard, Okra, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Southern peas,Sweet corn, Sweet potatoes, Watermelon. Enjoy your garden!!
