Where can I find a list of edible flowers (good for salad, punch bowl, dinner plate) and what they taste like - and don't say "chicken" either!

Honestly, I don't know of any flowers that taste like chicken! Many seed catalogs offer collections of edible flowers, complete with flavor descriptions and recipies: Shepherd's Seeds (www.shepherdseeds.com - search for "edible" on their page); Cook's Garden (http://www.cooksgarden.com/pro...) They don't tell you what everything tastes like (for instance, calendula are sweet-peppery; violas are nectar sweet; marigolds...I can't remember). I suggest you try them all, though - even if you don't like the flavor, they're still beautiful and the bees love them!
