The Q&A Archives: What do I do to make my new plantes live?

Question: On 4/13/09 I planted Rosenka Bougainvillea, 2 days that proceeded that we had 50 miles per hour winds. The leaves are now dryong up and falling off. What should I do?
Also on 4/13 I [lanted snap dragons and one os top heavey, it will not stand plz! I just noticed ants in my garden, will that harm?

Answer: The ants won't harm your plants so don't worry about them. As for the snapdragons, place little sticks next to them and gently tie them upright. Leave your bougainvillea alone until you see new growth. At that time you can prune off all the damaged leaves and branches. Hope the wind goes away for a while!
