Is it okay to trim a Camellia bush that is looking spindly? It just finished blooming and is a bit yellow. I fertilized with Camellia fertilizer right before it bloomed. Any suggestions?

Pruning will encourage healthy new growth and will also help your camellia become dense and bushy. You can remove up to one third of the shrub without stressing it. The Camellia fertilizer you used should help the foliage green up. Good luck with your garden!
