(sorry if this is dup email, doesn't seem to be going thru)
I planted a Cleveland pear tree about 4 years ago in my front yard. It has a co-dominant leader. The tree is approx. 12-14 ft high and trunk approx. 4

Cleveland pears typically grow a single leader but having two won't hurt your tree. As it matures I think you will find that only one of the upright branches will develop into the more dominant central leader. You can remove the competing leader, which will result in a crook in the tree as the then dominant leader takes over. I'd be inclined to leave it alone.
