for a raised garden bed,whats best, scrape all the grass off or put plastic liner to kill the grass. I'll be planting some lillies in it , thank u

I'd dig out the weeds and grass before planting. Once the weeds are gone you can place a weed barrier fabric over the entire bed to keep other weeds from sprouting, then cut holes or X's in the weed barrier to plant the lilies (or lily bulbs). You can cover over the weed barrier with decorative bark or rock and have a weed free garden for many years to come. Enjoy!
