What is Home Depot's recommendation for South Florida homeowners to treat whitely infestation
of our Ficus hedges?

I suggest you spray the foliage with an insecticidal soap product very early or very late in the day, when the whiteflies are resting. This will do a fair job of controlling any whiteflies. Check the hedge for whiteflies periodically and if they need to be treated again, make sure to get good coverage throughout the hedge. In the meantime continue to water and fertilize the hedge regularly in order to encourage good regrowth and vigor. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon!
