Daphne Plant or Shrub? - Knowledgebase Question

A few years ago my children gave me a daphne palnt/shrub and I loved it. Since then I have retired and moved to the South Eastern oart of Washington State. I would love to plant more daphne but can't find if it will g row here or where to purchase them. Please advise & tahnk you in advance. Sincerely, SJ Ricks

Daphne odora is more suited to the western part of the state where the weather is mild and rainfall abundant. I'm afraid it won't grow well in eastern Washington. It's too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Sorry!
