Johnny Jump Ups are perennials that grow from a little bulbous root system. They will thrive in shade but will take an hour or two of morning sunshine in Arizona. They will die down in the hottest summer months but return in October when the weather cools and will grow and bloom until about April. Feed with a liquid fertilizer such as Miracle Gro or Peter's. Enjoy!
