When your seedlings have developed three sets of leaves you can pinch out the very tip of the seedling and it will develop two new stems. Wait until three sets of leaves have developed on those new stems and pinch out the tips again. This will give you bushy annuals with lots of flowering potential because of all the stems it has grown. Good luck with your seedlings!
