I bought Zinnia and it said to not plant in standard topsoil. I wanted to plant them in my garden around my house in Jacksonville,
FL. What it the best thing to do? Thanks Sheryl

What a strange thing to read on a plant label! Zinnia's will grow in any fast draining soil and standard garden soil should be just fine for them. Go ahead and plant your zinnias in your garden, just don't amend your native soil with potting soil, which would hold too much water for their liking.
