The Q&A Archives: pesky deer

Question: what can I do to keep the deer away from my Iris and Lilys?

Answer: Fencing is the most effective way of keeping deer away from your plants. I'd put chicken wire cylinders around the plants to keep deer at bay. Or, you can try one of the deterrents such as Deer Away. It's a product you spray on the foliage to keep deer from nibbling. Best wishes with your iris and lilies!
