CAN I TRIM THIS BUSH BACK LIKE A SHRUB? wILL IT STILL BLOOM?

You can prune oleanders back to make them dense and bushy. They bloom on new growth so the more new growth you encourage by pruning, the more flowers your oleander will produce. Enjoy your garden!
