I have come into possession of some bulbs after a family member passed away, but I do not know what kind of bulb they are. Some are in a box lying flat, and 3 others have been placed in vases with some water in the bottom, and some roots are taking place. I live in Florida, so how can I care for these bulbs?

I would plant the bulbs and see what they produce. The ones in water are being forced into bloom and they might be hyacinths, but whatever they are, just keep them in a bright, sunny window until they bloom. I would plant the others either in the ground or in containers to see what they become. Enjoy!
