Question: can you plant your herb garden in window type boxes, and if so do you have to transplant them into the ground or will they live

Answer: Herbs will grow in planter boxes, as long as they are 8-12 inches deep. Some herbs are perennial and will happily in the planters, others are annuals and will die at the end of the season and need to be replaced. Enjoy your herbs!
