All of my vegatable seeds are growing but for some reason my green peppers are not. I am using the right planting soil for all and they are the only ones that are not growing. What am I doing wrong.

You may not be doing anything wrong. Peppers like warm places and it might be that they are not sprouting because they aren't warm enough. Or, perhaps the seeds were not fresh. You can try replanting the peppers or you can just wait until things warm up a little more. Either way, you'll eventually get pepper plants. Enjoy your veggies.
