| Actually, you can plant any vegetable next to any other vegetable. The problem of cross pollination only becomes apparent if you save the seeds from the vegetables and plant them the following year. The seeds carry the genes of both parents. That's when you will see odd colors or odd shapes. The cross pollination will not affect the current season's fruit, only the next generation. So, go ahead and plant as usual. |
