As I was preparing the vegtable garden, I found several grubs when I dugged the soil. Is there any product that I can use to treat grubs before seeding and plating young plants?

A number of insects spend a portion of their lives as grubs, and in most cases a light infestation is not something to be overly concerned about. (A quick squish with the shovel and they are bird candy!) I wouldn't be overly concerned unless you found lots and lots of them. There's nothing safe to use on a vegetable garden to get rid of them. At this point, just turning the soil will expose them to natural predators, or you can squish any you see with your shovel.
