The Q&A Archives: Gazania

Question: Thanks for previous answers. My Gazania leaves are turning white or silver underneath & rolling up. What is wrong?

Answer: The leaves are naturally silvery white underneath. Have you tried uncurling one. Sometimes certain caterpillars roll up in leaves and eat their way out.

Gazania are drought tolerant plants and require very little water. Have you been watering too much? You have to wait until they are very dry before you water.

Hope this information helps.
