Since December, I have had tulip bulbs in my refrigerator in a paper bag. Should I force them and keep them inside? or should I plant them outside either in the ground or in pots? And, since it is late in the season, should I just wait until next fall to plant them? I don't even know if tulips will grow in Florida... Any insight would be great!

Actually, the bulbs should have been refrigerated from September through the end of November and then planted in your garden. There's not much hope of them growing outdoors now but you can try planting them in containers and keeping them inside. They won't keep much longer in the fridge so plant them as soon as possible.
