You can sow several seeds in a single pot and then transplant them into larger pots or into the ground. I usually start my seeds in shallow trays - or even in paper egg cartons with each little section filled with seed starting mix or potting soil. After the seeds sprout and the seedlings begin to grow I allow them to develop two sets of leaves and then transplant them into little two inch pots or place 3-4 plants in a single 6 inch pot. This might work for you, too. Best wishes with your seeds!
