If I see eggs underneath a leaf, can I be fairly sure these are not the eggs of beneficials?

There's really no way to tell if the eggs are from beneficial or destructive insects until after they hatch. Even entomolgists would have a hard time making that determination. I usually pick off any leaves with egg masses because in my garden the destructives outweigh the beneficials!
