spring time flowering bulbs - Knowledgebase Question

i did not plant the bulbs last fall & were stored in the basement.can i plant them now in the Spring ?

I'm afraid the spring bulbs won't perform very well for you. They are planted in the ground in the fall where they spend 12-14 weeks developing roots before they sprout leaves and flowers. Even if yours sprout, they do not have root systems and will not be able to support themselves even if you plant them now. I'd toss and replace them next fall.
