A disease control product will not cure the wilt or keep insects away. The problem is with the roots. You may want to dig down into the soil and check the root system. Break a couple of the roots in half and look inside. Healthy roots are creamy white; diseased or dead roots will be brown or rusty colored and may be mushy. If the roots look okay then your tree should recover. Just water deeply once each week and wait for some improvement. Don't cut off the branches or remove the leaves.
