The Q&A Archives: travelers palm

Question: I have a travers palm, that turned brown after a couple of cold nights..what should I do ?

Answer: If the frost wasn't to hard and too long, the palm will produce new fronds and you can cut away the old brown ones. I'd leave it alone for now and wait for new growth. Once that happens you can trim off the damaged fronds. Hope that's the end of cold weather for you!
