The Q&A Archives: Tomato planting time

Question: Looks like there are no 32 degree nights anytime soon so I thought I'd plant my tomatoes. Is is okay to plant now in MA?

Answer: The first week of May is the traditional planting time but you can plant now. Just be ready to cover the new plants if frost threatens. Hope you have a bountiful harvest!
