Robinson crab apple has a bag worm poouch. wht do i do?

Bagworms normally gravitate toward evergreens, not crabapple trees so check to see if it really is bagworm or some other caterpillar. Since there is only one, remove it from the tree. Just enclose it in a plastic bag and pull it off the tree then seal the bag so the pests don't escape.
