I just replanted some peonies and they look like the are about to die. Is there anything I can do to help them? Feed them? And how long should it take before they take off? Will they start spreading right away?

From my experience, peonies don't really like to be transplanted. I dug some up and transplanted them to my new yard a few years ago, and they were really set back. They're just now looking more settled. I would hold off on fertilizing your peonies until they start actively growing. Keep the soil evenly moist. You'll just need to be patient, I'm afraid.
