i just planted my shrubs about a month ago,i brought some new top soil and turkey compost im not sure if i mixed it correctly but anyway i planted my shrubs now im starting to see some yellow leaves on my shrubs .i water every other day should i be worried or what can i do about it?

You may be watering too much. When plants get too much water, their leaves turn yellow to show you how stressed their roots have become. Instead of watering every other day, water your shrubs deeply once each week (twice if the weather is really hot). You want the water to penetrate deeply so the roots will grow deep and be less dependent upon frequent watering. Give it a try and I think your shrubs will perk up.
