Hello! I have a newly planted, very, very small rose bush thta has had a few blooms. My question is after blooming and they start to dry do I left the bloom fall off or do I clip it off? Oh, how often do I water a rose bush? Thank you~

Clipping off the spent flowers is called deadheading and if you keep the dead flowers cut off your rose bush will respond by developing lots of healthy new roses. When you cut off a dead flower, cut farther down on the stem to a 5-leaflet leaf. this is where new flowering stems will be produced. Water your rose bush deeply twice a week and it should thrive. enjoy your roses!
